Why get certified on WLS 6.0 when EJB 2.0 is still in draft status?

Depends on what one is doing, I imagine. Whether or not EJB 2.0 is still in draft, I imagine there's a good demand for WLS developers out there, and certification probably adds a premium on top of that.
That, and some of us have clients/employers who just like seeing the certificate on the wall...

good point.
what will happen once ejb2.0 gets released.
will weblogic will come out with weblogic6.1 or some new version?
and so some new certification?
when is the draft is supposed to be finalized.

According to the information on BEA's partner site, WLS 6.0 has support for the current draft of the EJB 2.0 spec. *shrugs*
I wouldn't be surprised if BEA puts out a slight upgrade when the 2.0 spec is finalized, but unless it takes an inordinately long time, I don't think it would be a wholly new version, but rather a drop-in upgrade for the EJB engine.
