Till what time can I apply to universities for MS for Spring 2016

Dear all,

I am planning to fight GRE. My target to apply for Spring 2016 semester.

I went to few training institutes for GRE in recent days.

Institute 1 -

Classes for GRE starts from 11th April and ends by 4th July.

They says you can not apply for Fall 2016 semester. If you want to appear for Spring 2016, you have to appear for GRE before July.


Institute 2 -

Classes starts from 7th February and ends by last of April.

They says you can apply for Spring 2016 semester If you join this batch.


Doubts
----------

Now I am confused here, If the second institute is doing this for marketing and once I join their institute they just start manipulating me.

Questions
------------

I googled it but did not find any source which tells me till what time I can apply to the universities for Spring 2016 admission.
Can anyone please help me with that?

Surely the Universities' websites will have closing dates on?
