The Java Tutorials are one option for learning. There's one devoted to Basic I/O, though you may want to work your way up to it by reading all of them from the start.

Thank you for your reply!!

Is there any tutorial or book that can give me the complete details about the I/O, so I could understand how to pair them because we need to use them in pairs most of the time?

What does it mean to pair IO?
Did you have difficulty with the Java Tutorials link you were given earlier? You will find IO described in many of the Java® books. There is a section in Java: the Complete Reference by Schildt and a section in Core Java II by Horstmann and Cornell.

You will never find a tutorial or book which gives complete details about anything.

I wouldn't be so quick to discount one of the best learning resources available, just because you can't read it on your favourite reading device.

Besides, you could use the Kindle's experimental browser to read it.
