Why are you importing classes into a JSP in the first place? You aren't putting Java code in a JSP, are you? If so, that's a practice that's been obsolete for 14 years!

P.S. Do you need that semi-colon?

But really, if you are using Java scriptlets in a JSP you are writing code that is 14 years obsolete. Consider updating your JSP knowledge.
