How to access jsp form parameters in a ContainerRequestFilter

I have an index.jsp which accepts consumerkey and consumersecret and one other parameter called apikey.
Consumer key is being retrieved by OAuthParameters in the ContainerRequestFilter class. I am unable to access apikey within that class. How do I access it?
