Hi,

I was looking for an android certification. I found the following two but wondering which one (if any) would be worth taking? Both cost $150.

OESF Authorized Certification Engineer for Android

ATC Android certified application developer : http://www.pearsonvue.com/androidatc/

Would love to hear out your opinions. I would like to do one but not if they are just waste of money from any kind of recognition side.

I'm pretty sure not, but call up some employers and see what they think.

Example English from your first link:
"AndroidTM is the high expectations from the market, some technology that was born not long yet, shortage of engineers have been concerned with the expansion of the market."

On the other hand,
Vanderbilt, U. of Maryland, U. of Illinois !, Stanford...

MIT

These courses are all free and give you a free certificate if you pass, and most important, most people would gain an immense amount of knowledge.

This course has finished. Will this course start again for free?

They repeat. You just have to keep an eye open for the next offering, which is usually within a few months at most. They are great.

Hey man, happy to help if I did.

I noticed a couple that started on May 6. Sign up for them and look for when the first assignment is due. If it is past the hard deadline already, look at the syllabus to see how they grade. Maybe you can still pass. I see about ten weeks of good training here. They are part one and part two of the same class.
