Which one is the best to achieve? IZO 897 OR IZO 898 ?

Can anyone please suggest/advise which certification is the best to have ? IZO897 (Web Services) OR IZO898 (JPA).

I know very well that both of these are the best and good to have.
1) But if given a choice out of these two only, which one is the best to get certification based on current market in overall job market scenario!?
2) Especially in view of Bigdta or mongodb developer careers, which one is the best to have ?
