friends, In my weblogic installation iam not finding jndi.properties file, but it is required in classpath, can some one provide guidance about this. thanks
Not sure what the problem is. You put your jndi.properties file in a directory that is specified in the classpath being used by your WLS instance, and it's picked up. It works in my WLS 5.1 instance...
The problem iam facing is that, iam not having jndi.properties file to include it in a directory, which can be specified in the classpath. Hope i made it clear. thanks
It's by no means compulsory, it's an optional feature. Use the jndi.properties in your web apps if you want to. You will need to create a jndi.properties file if you want one.
