I find this book from Amazon:
Murach's Java Servlets and JSP, 3rd Edition (Murach: Training & Reference) Paperback – June 9, 2014
by Joel Murach (Author), Michael Urban (Author)

It may not be directly related to the exam. But it seems like a good book for servlet beginners based on the customer reviews.
