Friends,
I am new to clustering.I have two boxes. First box contain myserver Second box contain myserver2
I use weblogic 6.1
I made a cluster called 'testcluster' in the first box.How do I add the myserver2 into the cluster? Anyone can please help me?

u can deploy your cluster only which has both servers (box1_server1, box2_server2)
but you are not mentioning any thing about your admin box and the proxy which you suppose to use are they residing in the same managed boxes? if so the should have diffrent ip addresses too..

hi,
you can add that server 'server2' in your cluster by going to weblogic console's cluster link. you click on servers tag and it gives you the option to add the server2. moreover while creating cluster, you have to gives its IP.

Do you have a clustering licence, that is the first and most important question.
This must be written as BIG RED words in the WLS documentation.

How can I add myserver2(existing in machine2) into the cluster which is running in machine1?
