I have JavaFx desktop application but how can i add data into mongoDB which are not JSON Data?

Regular data - strings, dates, numbers etc - can be formatted as JSON then stored in MongoDB from your Java application using the Java driver.

Larger volumes of data, e.g. binary image files, can be stored in MongoDB using GridFS.
