Exception while connecting to the weblogic server

i am getting the follwing exception when i am trying to connect my weblogic server running at port 7001.
on command promt i have written
java weblogic.deploy list weblogic
where weblogic is my password.
the following exception is being thrown by the server

Hi pradip
i am using jdk1.4.I have given all permisions in the java.policy file also.i am unable to get the solution of the problem.

Just switch 1.3.1 and try.. I am not sure whether
it will work
