controller is not mapping properly

Hi there

I am developing a web application using Spring Framework but I am not getting call to my controller class

this is my web.xml file


this is my springapp-servlet.xml file


this is my applicationContext.xml file


and these are my JSP file from where I am forwarding request to my controller class


and these two are my controller class


and this my another Controller class


When I try to submit my form
I get attached error
below 2 are screenshots of my project


Where is error?

Your webapp context root is WasteFoodApp and you are trying to access placeOrder, did you try accessing, http://localhost:8080/WasteFoodApp/placeOrder
