Have you used BEA's e-docs web site? BEA e-docs Here is a deploymnet tutorial link, let me know if this helps. Deployment Tutorial [ May 03, 2002: Message edited by: Michael Pearson ]
Hello Michael Pearson, Good morning Thanks a lot i think the link that you have posted is really a good one that is really going to help me in developing the applications in weblogic.By the way i was able to deploy a simple stateless bean in the course of time.I am trying to download that tutorial but there is no download option over there. Thanks a lot i will go through that tutorial and hope i will be able to master ejb in weblogic.Michael can you mail me any documentation on this to my e-mail id firstname.lastname@example.org i am asking you this because i rarely get acesss to intenet and the speed is also slow..Once again Thanks a lot....Hava a good day
Thank you for letting me know the link helped you. I have become convinced that the toughest part of learning WebLogic is sifting through the massive amount of documentation available. I'm trying to organize a FAQ to point people toward the right materials for common questions. Good Luck and keep posting those questions!
> ...after creating the jar file i tried doing > the ejbc but it gives an the following error > cannot read: C:\Documents and > Settings\d.chaturvedi\jbproject\ > Hello\classes\ejbcgen\hello\*.java I noticed the "cannot read" error is no longer thrown after I removed the spaces in the file path to the source or generated jar (e.g. turn "Documents and Settings" into "Document_and_Settings"). I was using WebLogic v6.1's ejbc.
Space seems cool in the movies, but once you get out there, it is super boring. Now for a fascinating tiny ad:
