Which Web IDE for HTML, CSS and JQuery/JS

Hello Experts,

Is there any IDE that I can use to build HTML, CSS and Jquery/JavaScript pages?. I am familiar with HTML and JavaScript but not that much with CSS and JQuery.

It's not really an IDE you're after, rather a web building application. Something like Adobe Dreamweaver, or Wordpress.

Is it? I guess we need the OP to clarify what he means by "build"?
