EDIT: Solved what i was asking if exist, exists and it is called play

Hi, no question is too big or stupid,( i am afraid my question is really stupid and can stimulate the rage of the coders, that love particulars and going at a low level, but please I am saying this to make
java taking again the market quote is losing)
but I will ask you:
exists a GUI WYSIWYG to use JSP/JSF?
I mean small startups that do not need scalable solutions and robust debugging, so often to sort things out use back end and client solutions based on JS for instance.
It is possible that using
coding templates and graphic interfaces WYSIWYG one cannot develop fast java web pages( the pages of a site)
employing the same time a javascript developer could take?
Of course, the graphical interfaces are not efficient in term of neatness of the code, but would dramatically slow down the time to use java in this context, then of course the developer once the
jsp code is generated is free to modify it as much as her want.
for instance i would like to write a form that statistically is one written thousands of times, it is possible to simplify this procedure with some sw, so that java become competitive against JS from that side?
Please do not tell me about EL solutions, because I am speaking of coding template and graphic interfaces, that give discretion to examine the code and refine it
