I am trying to add form fields with php and they seem to be working but have a slight glitch to them and I can't seem to figure out why. I am very new to php so any help would be greatly appreciated.

When the field prints it displays code like this inside the input box

<?php echo 225; ?>

when it should just display 225 (there is a screenshot at the bottom to see what I mean)

Here is my code:

And the call:

I just can't seem to figure out why it's not echoing properly.

I appreciate your help!
