questio about weblogic mail session

hello
i config a mail session in my weblogic8,when i run following code,the exception is thrown:

Hashtable ht=new Hashtable();
ht.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY,"weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory");
ht.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL,"t3://localhost:7001");

the exception is:
