Hello.

I'm trying to develop new functionality to generate a PDF from a JSP page to send it as attachment to users.

I was able to merge a velocity template and merge into String then send it as an Html attachment but not as an PDF
Am I supposed to pass the JSP file Name or the mapping of this page?

so, I'm wondering what's the best  way to develop the functionality to generate a PDF?  flying saucer and/or iText?

Here what I've done to generate the PDF..

Does anyone knows how to convert a jsp or html file to pdf format using Java? Something else than flying saucer and/or iText?
Or maybe a good tutorial to understand more on how the implementation og using flying saucer and/or iText.

Thanks in advance
