The code ranging from 78 to 81. Was found on random website.

This code (full code)  have buttons, who switching scenes. I wish that once user enters 3rd scene, the mp3 file to be played.
MP3 file is inserted inside project, not in package.

The problem is that the variable resource is not being set, probably because "mix.mp3" is not being found.

It's a good practice to create a folder Bandymai/resources and put anything you access with getResource() there.  Barring that, you need to put the resource somewhere in the classpath.

Does nothing happens mean that the you are still seeing the NullPointerException, or does that mean no sound was played?

Did you check to see if resource was non-null?

We had a related discussion about addressing resources in this thread a while back.
