weblogic 6.1 EJB Entity Bean CMP compilation issue

I am using weblogic 6.1, jdk 1.3 and have developed a simple entity bean using CMP ( EJB 2.0) . I have updated all the necessary xml files and when i tried to compile using ejbc, i get the following error

1 - I have checked all the xml files again and again, they seemed to be fine.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
