error in weblogic.ejbc

Hello,
I deployeed my ejb example as helloworld.jar.It contains examples(Hello.class,HelloHome.class and HelloRemote.class) folder and META-INF(ejb-jar.xml,weblogic-ejb-jar.xml and MANIFEST.MF).

After that i used

java weblogic.ejbc Helloworld.jar HelloTarget.jar

then
it is giving

C:\BEAN>java weblogic.ejbc HelloWorld.jar HelloTarget.jar
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/util/logging/Handler
at weblogic.ejbc20.<init>(ejbc20.java:82)
at weblogic.ejbc.main(ejbc.java:29)

C:\BEAN>
