Concern about the answer of question 22 chap 4 Book: OCA: Oracle® Certified Associate Java® SE 8

In the book it is mentioned that if code provided in the question starts from line 1, we have to make sure that imports are also provided other wise the code won't compile. When i finished reading chapter 4, i decided to take review exam. i failed to answer correctly question #22, because i thought that it will not compile if i Order class and OrderDriver class are not in the same package. is this an error? or there other way of looking at the question?
