Hi, I want to take the Java Foundations Exam between late July and early August but I do not know any reliable sources to get practice exams. It would be great if I can get some advice on how to prepare for the Java Foundations exam in general. Most importantly, I need to know about some legit practice exams for this new test. Thank you.

Elisha,
If possible, I recommend taking the regular OCA instead of this exam. See here for why.

If you need to take the Foundations exam, see this writeup for how to study for it. The gist is to use any OCA book along with some supplemental posts I wrote.

There are no practice exams dedicated to this exam. So you'd have to use OCA 8 exams plus practice questions like those in the blog posts.

Is it worth to take 1Z0-808 instead of 1Z0-811? Which one is better in 2018?

The 1Z0-808 exam is at a more advanced level than 1Z0‑811.

Please check the Oracle website about 808; it might be necessary to pass 809 or 811 as well as a prerequisite.

It is not necessary. We can directly take 808 exam. I am just asking suppose if I have 808 in hands then will there be any benefit if i do 811 as well? Or will this be completely useless to get?

The 811 is easier than than the 808. So no, there's no point in taking it once you have the 808.
