reactJS and react native?

At moment my question is about another topic.
I use Android, is correct say that if I create a REST service with nodejs+MongoDB I can use it with Android?
I think the reply is yes, because what matter are the possibility from the frontend Android part to use the CRUD requests, of course, but I noticed on the internet that somebody was raising objection on that and this looks strange to me

superpowers are cool,
by the way as we are now in the mobile subforum I would suggest to consider `native react` as a proper forum, it looks like is really hot and documented to make hybrid applications. Few major tech multinationals have it already adopted.
