color value for outputtext from bean not working

ADF : public class xx {
   private String MSG;
   private String txt;
   private Color col;

   public xx() {

   public String b1_action() {
       setCol(Color.green);   Only here is the problem ......   click the button no action . can take the value but can not display it on browser !!!
       setMSG("Welcome to ADF controls");
       return null;

   public void setMSG(String MSG) {
       this.MSG = MSG;

   public String getMSG() {
       return MSG;

   public void setTxt(String txt) {
       this.txt = txt;

   public String getTxt() {
       return txt;

   public void setCol(Color col) {
       this.col = col;

in jspx file :
