WebLogic 8.1 IIS proxy configuration

If we use iisproxy/Win2000 to upload the files of any size to the server it works , but if we use iisproxy on Win2003 with the exact same settings, we can upload only 25 KB size files. Larger files fail. I am using sp 5.

Does any one know any extra configuration settings we need to do to get it work?

Please help
