HI All,

I have recently installed eclipse oxygen and wanted to configure jboss eap 6.4 in eclipse. while creating new server i selected jboss6.x and trying to provide the home directory path where i kept the jboss folder "C:\AddFolder3\jboss-eap-6.4 " but eclipse is giving error saying "user must select a valid configuration" . what are configuration change or path change required to solve this issue. Attaching error snapshot as well. Thanks in Advance

I suspect the problem is in the bottom text box under Configuration labeled Directory.  Right now it has the value "server" in it.  I would press the Browse button and select the directory that the config file is in.

This is not even picking standalone.xml file if i am giving a path explicitly.

What values have you tried in the text field labeled "Directory:"?  What specifically happens with each value?

Police line, do not cross. Well, this tiny ad can go through:
