Continuous Error in Server Log

Hi All,

I have some applications deployed on weblogic 8.1. In server logs I have seen a warning and an error message very frequently. I am not able to understand the root cause. Please help me.

The second error is rather self explanatory.
It seems you have not closed a connection after using it. So once the connection reaches its time out value it will give you this error.
Recheck whether all your connections are being closed after they are used.
Most likely the code opens a connection in
method, and is not cleaned up after being used.

The first one, I am guessing here but it seems favicon.ico is placed outside the context root of your application.
