I have a class, and I want that class to have an inner class (can be static or not).
Can I enter a URL to fill this inner class?
Multiple question-marks or <class-name>.<field-name> does not work,

You can get input from the url in the controller, but the input would be a string, so you would probably have to find the class with the string. The class name in the <> is referring to a class, not a string. I'm not really sure, but that's what I would try.
