Microsoft has a tool that turns hand drawn UIs into HTML. The web page implies that front end developers wouldn't need to code anymore. Wouldn't they still have to do the CSS/JavaScript?

I also wonder if the AI will generate good code or it will be the like the unmaintainable stuff that used to come out of code generation tools.
