Hello Friends,

I can make FAT jar by providing maven assembly plugin in POM.xml.
but is there any other way to make Fat JAR from a maven based project?

Why are you looking for another way to do the same thing?

basically I don't want to modify POM.xml file, as currently Assembly Plugin is not configured in POM.xml.

Why not? Adding features to a build will generally require to alter the build configuration.

The shade plugin also creates a jar with all dependencies.

An y solution is going to require updating the POM though.
