There's a lot of agile games? Do you have any favorites? Or ones you played recently.

The most recent one my team did was building a tower with paper and tape in "sprints." We did it with team members in two cities over video conference. (Obviously the subteams didn't span cities)

Long ago we did a traditional "scrum game" (lego blocks) with Alan Cyment http://cyment.com/index-en.html. The deliverable was a toy with plenty of wacky requirements (for example prehistoric paranormal powers). Recently at a retrospective we again used lego blocks to portray the project outcome, with a number of "monsterly" impressions...
