I was of the opinion that Agile practices are only used in software development. How does enterprise agility relate to HR agility ?

Techniques like Scrum and Kanban can be used for projects of all kinds, not just software, no?

ooh Yeah true, when you think the concepts are universal. I have worked only in software teams and was not familiar these principles being actively applied in other fields. May be I should not have this fixed mindset.

Ayub, yes Agile practices can be used beyond software and have been successfully many times.

However, that is not what our chapter is about, the one called "HR Agility." We focus on how HR departments can change the way they support Agile software teams to improve the success of those teams.

The concept you are talking about is often termed "Agile HR" in the HR industry.
