Does anyone know why the site java.boot.by is offline, I'm trying to study for web service certification but I can't acess this site.

Seems two level domain not available (therefore three level domain not available too)

Workarounds:

1) Use hoster's domain name:

http://javaboot45.7rw.ru

OR

2) add in hosts file*) new line

74.119.192.160 java.boot.by www.java.boot.by

Let me if it helped

*) hosts located on Windows at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts on Linux at /etc/hosts
