Working in a team deploying on Websphere application server on Unix. We have found it hard to configure the server to work well for us. We have also found it difficult to get help from IBM.
Does anyone know of a good information source for Websphere and Unix?

What problems in particular did you have? Also, do you have a support contract with IBM?

What UNIX are you using? Which version of WAS? What particular problem are you experiencing? Which country or region are you in? Do you have a support contract with IBM?
Here's the official support page of IBM WebSphere.
