downloading Kali linux on windows 10 doesn't work, what to do ?

Hello guys, i want to start learning and exploring Linux.. so i downloaded the kali linux terminal to windows 10 Microsoft store.
but when i launch the terminal, the terminal says :

Installing, this may take a few minutes...
WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x8007019e
The Windows Subsystem for Linux optional component is not enabled. Please enable it and try again.

Press any key to continue...
so i checked how to solve this problem and they said to enter to control panel>programs>Turn Windows features on or off>check the box of "Windows Subsystem for Linux"
but  still the Linux terminal says the same.
do you have solution for this?

I would make a bootable disk of it and use that to boot linux, you can choose to install it as a second os or use the live version without installing, alternatively you could install it on a virtual machine.
That being said unless you want to start penetration testing, there are better versions to learn using linux

Kali is a bit of a specialist linux distribution, really aimed at penetration testers.

How to install Kali Linux with Windows 10 Dual Boot (Laptop & PC)

Generally the Kali Linux Installation is easy. The most common error a user gets in the network section, this is because in laptops and desktops there are different WiFi adapter and use a direct LAN wire.

The second problem is, users can't make the right partitions and gets errors. So my suggestion is to always use a seperate Hard drive for Kali Linux installation and do not go manual. Select the "Guided- use entire disk" option and then select the "all files in one partition" option, it will automatically create the right ext and swap the partition for you.
