Peter, Brookhaven College in Dallas is offering a one-hour, 8-week course on Intro. to Kotlin and I have adopted this book as the textbook. We are looking forward to developing the two Android apps in the last three weeks. Thank you.

Hi everyone!

I'm now answering the first questions and looking forward to more of your questions! I'll do my best to answer all of them

@Bill: That is absolutely fantastic! I'm honored to hear that you're already using my book in an academic context, please do let me know your experiences with it!

I worked as a native android developer a few years back when they were still using java. Since they moved to Kotlin I've been wanting to get back into it and this book would be the perfect way to do that.

Hi Rachel,

Sounds great! If you're interested, you can also download two sample chapters from the book's companion website to see if it fits what you're looking for. These already assume the basics from the first chapters though so keep that in mind
