Welcome to the Ranch, Ombodi!

I see no problem with Eclipse, but Tomcat is complaining because you told it (in your server.xml file) that you had a certificate keystore database file named ".keystore" located in the root directory of your C drive. Either that file does not exist or Tomcat does not have permission to access it.

From that stacktrace that looks like it's entirely down to your application:

com.ish.fw.exception.InvalidQueryDefinitionException [E 0014b0 [Application, Sick Leav Version, E 0052b8 [DAOCLASS, com.ish.medsol.rom.dao.accmain.GetVersoinDateTypeByInstitutionSendDate]]]
at com.ish.fw.dao.progress.DAO_Query.getQueries(DAO_Query.java:556)
at com.ish.fw.dbo.schema.def.SchemaDBOFactory.init(SchemaDBOFactory.java:107)
at com.ish.fw.WebApp.init(WebApp.java:1111)
at com.ish.fw.servlet.Startup.init(Startup.java:50)

I don't recognise any of those packages, including the exception.

This looks like a bug in the application, but there isn't enough information. It appears your query was faulty, and it probably had more details in the original exception, but I think that the DAOQuery method didn't chain that exception to the exception that it threw upstream after logging it.

I removed the code tags from your stack trace. We appreciate the effort, but this is a case where precise formatting isn't as important as being able to read a very long and wide text display without having to dig down for a horizontal scrollbar!

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
