Kyle,
I recently installed WebSphere AES developer edition (Windows 2000). I can successfully launch the application server, deployment tool, and run sample applications.
However, lauching the Admin Console from First Steps or from the Start menu fails (..localhost:9090/admin). Can you give me some ideas.
Thanks,
Mike

Stopping, and restarting the application server seemed to fix the problem. That doesn't give me a very good initial impression, however, it is running now.

Hi Kyle,
Is WebSphere AAT is a IDE like Visual Age. ie whether we can test our EJB's before deploying it in the server.
Regards,
Raman.

Hello Malli
AAT and visual age are totally different.. visual age is for the development and testing purpose whereas AAT is used assemble all your applications to be deployed onto WebSphere.. i mean the web modules, ejb modules...etc..
