I am facing a problem in which form submission gives argument mismatch error. The steps of creating the problem are discussed below:
1. I have a parent form with empty div after the form end tag.
2. In this div, I can open/close another jsp in modal view with using ajax call along with opening jsp.
3. Whenever I open modal then parent form submission gives argument mismatch error and no other detailed error otherwise form submission works fine.

I don't have idea to resolve the error, please help to resolve it.

I have only the following trace.

362804 [https-openssl-nio-8444-exec-10] ERROR com.util.CustomExceptionResolver  - argument type mismatch
[EL Fine]: 2019-08-08 08:53:12.357--ClientSession(137401863)--Connection(2125981972)--Thread(Thread[pool-3-thread-1,5,main])--SELECT CONFIGURATION_KEY, CONFIGURATION_VALUE FROM CONFIGURATION WHERE (CONFIGURATION_KEY = ?)
       bind => [MaxAttemptsCount]

It does not generate any other stack.

Does your CustomExceptionResolver not log out stack traces?
How do you figure out where in your code an error is occurring?
That's an error that probably needs correcting.

Can you find the code that executes that SQL?
It looks like you are trying to bind an incorrect datatype.  At a guess, CONFIGURATION_KEY and MaxAttemptsCount (assuming those two bits are part of the same exception).
