How can I move an object using canvas with JavaScript?

Hello, I created a Canvas with Javascript. I created a car with Javascript objects with like rectangles, circles etc. My question is how can I let a object move so it looks like the car is riding.

I already tried some things with what I found on Google but I can't figure it out.

I’m still learning new things in Javascript, thank you in advance for the help!

Use the setTimeout method to call a method  that moves the object  by changing its position.

var canvas = document.getElementById("myCanvas");
var ctx = canvas.getContext("2d");
var x = canvas.width/2;
var y = canvas.height-30;
var dx = 2;
var dy = -2;

function drawBall() {
   ctx.arc(x, y, 10, 0, Math.PI*2);
   ctx.fillStyle = "#0095DD";

function draw() {
   ctx.clearRect(0, 0, canvas.width, canvas.height);
   x += dx;
   y += dy;

setInterval(draw, 10);
