Hi All,
I just installed the DB2 7.2 for windows 2000 to my Computer, and I created a database called "BANKDB", also I created a Table, and I inserted some data to it. Then based on this table, I generated an entity EJB by using WSAD. Finally I want to test this entity Bean, I started the server, but found an error:
"[10/18/02 16:54:48:978 EDT] 5569799d DataSourceFac X CONM1006E: The data source class name "COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.DB2ConnectionPoolDataSource" could not be found for data source (BANKDB).
[10/18/02 16:54:49:228 EDT] 5569799d Helpers W NMSV0605E: A Reference object looked up from the context "domainRoots/UnspecifiedDomainName/legacyRoot" with the name "jdbc/BANKDB" was sent to the JNDI Naming Manager and an exception resulted.
Reference data follows:
Reference Factory Class Name: com.ibm.websphere.advanced.cm.factory.DataSourceFactory$ResourceReferenceObjectFactory
Reference Factory Class Location URLs: <null>
Reference Class Name: com.ibm.ejs.cm.portability.PortableDataSource
......
"
Did anyone have this kind of problem, and do you know how to solve it?
Thank you so much!

Looks like WSAD does not know the datasource exists. Configure WSAD to point at the datasource as documented in the help.
