wscp - Naming Exception

Hi,
when I invoke wscp from command prompt for first two times it throws the following exception

 W NMSV0610I: A NamingException is being thrown from a javax.naming.Context implementation
Context implementation: com.ibm.ejs.ns.jndi.CNContextImpl
Context method: lookup
Context name: domainRoots/UnspecifiedDomainName/legacyRoot
Target name: ejsadmin/homes
Other data:
Exception stack trace: javax.naming.NamingException: Error during resolve.  Root
 exception is org.omg.CORBA.portable.UnknownException:   minor code: 0 completed

Do you get this exception too?
Please let me know if I am doing something wrong or is it a known bug in Websphere 4.0.4
