Junior Full Stack Developer @ Greyamp

Position: Full time

Base Location: Bangalore, with extensive and frequent travel to SEA

Description:

R&R:

Develop software solutions for Enterprise clients by understanding what the users want; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas

Designing, developing and/or enhancing software systems/products using latest and relevant Tech Stacks to enable the clients reach their Business goals

Designing and implementing product features while following high coding standards

Writing and implementing efficient code

Identifying areas for modification in existing product and subsequently developing these modifications

Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes

Investigating and using new technologies where relevant

Need to have:

1-3 years of relevant working experience

Tech enthusiast and not constrained by any one language

Experience with backend programming languages ( Java, NodeJs, Ruby, Python, Javascript, Go )

Knowledge of Web fundamentals like HTML, CSS and Javascript

Strong foundation in good coding practices and drive for quality

Good understanding of OOPS modelling

Knowledge of Code Versioning tools

Understanding of Javascript libraries and frameworks such as Angular, React, NodeJs etc

Analytical reasoning and problem solving ability

Presentation and Communication; spoken, written and listening

Clear thought process and articulation

Attention to detail

Willingness to travel

Nice to have:

Worked in Agile teams

Knowledge of BDD or TDD, XP frameworks & Automation Testing  

Ability to prioritise tasks/activities/initiatives based on need, urgency and expected value

Understands data modelling and application of databases

Recommend the right combination of databases

Understands the concepts of DevOps and has actively used CI & CD

Exposure to client facing projects
