Today I developed new program with pandemic simulation, my point was at handling exceptions.
Constructive criticism is welcome

I'm a quarter of the way though my maruch Java for Eclipse book.  I don't have feedback but I did enjoy looking at the code.

Do you need the setters in the Pandemic class?  Can the fields be final?  Can you make the class immutable?
