Consider a program about new Pandemic("COVID-19");

Hello!
Today I developed new program with pandemic simulation, my point was at handling exceptions.
Constructive criticism is welcome  
P.S. I deleted all indents so that the post does not seem too long

I'm a quarter of the way though my maruch Java for Eclipse book.  I don't have feedback but I did enjoy looking at the code.

I'd do the PandemicException like this:

	private static final long serialVersionUID = 2600777638797413601L;

	public FooException() {

	}

	public FooException(String message) {
		super(message);
		// TODO Auto-generated constructor stub
	}

}

Do you need the setters in the Pandemic class?  Can the fields be final?  Can you make the class immutable?
