Today my team did a virtual scavenger hunt. What other team building type activities or agile games have folks done remotely?

Did you find any virtual scavengers?

Ours is pretty lame: we've just been randomly changing our backgrounds on MS Teams when we're on video calls. We still get a kick out of it though, which shows how nerdy we still are at our age.

If you're not familiar with the MS Teams feature I'm talking about, you're able to blur your background so others can see what's going on behind you (a very cool feature, actually) but recently they introduced a twist to this in that you can choose a custom background to show instead of a blur filter. One coach is a disc golf enthusiast so he uses pictures of really cool disc golf courses. I have a messy home office so I use an image of a big corner office on a high floor with full glass windows overlooking a city (yeah, I know, boring).

Maybe I'll steal that and use it tomorrow in our team synch up meeting.

You must report back on how it went down.

We had a short and serious synch up this morning so I didn't get a chance to play around with the backgrounds but I have that image and a few others all ready to go. Will try on Monday.

It didn't make her laugh.

This is my favorite show. And this is my favorite tiny ad:
