Iam trying to access secured EJB Resources(Declarative Security Method) deployed on WebSphere Studio Ver. 5.0 from Java Application Client. Iam passing the the credential and principal through "LoginHelper" class.
When i run the client it is giving an error saying "Error getting SecurityCurrent from the ORB". I think it is not getting the an instance of Current ORB.
Iam trying to pass the user id and passwd to WebSpehere Security Collaborator but in between this login part is not working. Can anyone suggest how can this problem be solved ?
Thanks in advance.

I think LoginHelper is deprecated. You should use the JAAS classes instead. This is documented in the WAS 5.0 InfoCenter.

Hi, if using WAS 5 JAAS authentication API, we can only use IBM JRE as the runtime environment. If we use Sun JRE, it will not work. Do you have idea about this situation?
