Hello everyone,

Do you consume vitamin such A, C, etc to maintain your healthy?

Do you usually do physical exercise?

if so how many times per week?

please answer

I try to take a multi-vitamin once a day.

I walk my dogs twice a day, which gets me a little exercise, but not much.

I don't take vitamins. But I go for a 5-kilometer (30 minutes or so) run every two or three days.

I'm shooting for 3 runs per week, although on average it's probably about 2, between 6 and 12 km. No vitamins, but one to three servings of fruit per day.

Hello everyone,

Thanks before for reply,

Work in front of computer tend to make my eyes tired, and of course this could increase my myopia.

Do you have advice to keep eyes still healthy?(at least decrease chance to increase myopia).

It's wildfire season around here now, and the sky is full of smoke. Exercise in smoky air is advised against for a person of my age so I will likely have to postpone my runs for a while.

Optometrists recommend the 20/20/20 rule.  Every 20 minutes, stare at something at least 20 feet (6 meters) away for 20 seconds.
