Hi,
I am working on telecommunication project. Its like a call center application for billing.Actually this is written in C++ but we r changing it into j2EE using struts framework. We are doing it phase by phase. We r using WSAD5 on Windows 2000 platform.I want to know like which tool can be used for this environemnt and for this application.IBM is recommending OpenSTA but I am feeling Microsoft web application stress tool is better.Need suggestions..
Thanks

openSTA is quite good. I have used it in the past for load testing an application on Win 2000 running WAS 3.5
We now use Mercury's LoadRunner. IT is a lot more sophisticated. You'd have to consider the costs for purchasing the product.
